HAYDON KEITNER OF NIXON PEABODY JOINS JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Waltham, MA (November 3, 2015) Haydon Keitner of Sharon, MA, has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Northern New England (JANNE).
Haydon is currently an Attorney at Nixon Peabody LLP, where he advises companies, strategic and financial buyers, and investors in a variety of domestic and international corporate transactions. Always focused on supporting the core strategic and operational decisions driving the growth of his clients’ businesses, he also acts as outside general counsel on a variety of general corporate matters.
In addition to his transactional work, Haydon has represented on a pro bono basis a number of international refugees fleeing persecution, and has advised non-profit corporations with respect to non-profit formation and governance.
